Rivers Native soup with Sea foods and Cat Fish – STANDARD

This soup is prepared with a thickner known to the eastern part of Nigeria as offor inherently laden with sea foods,unshelled periwinkles, cow skin (pomo), stock fish and lots of dried fish. It is very rich and delicious and in some cases addictive because of its delicious taste. It is best Served with Garri (Eba), Semolina, Fufu, Amala, Wheat or Pounded Yam.
